Customer Product Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of Miraco Global products. All Miraco Global Products are covered by Miraco Global’s Customer Product Refund Policy. If the Customer is not completely satisfied, he/she is entitled to return the products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, and partially used products (30%) accompanied with an invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon Miraco Global Independent Distributor to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway, the refund would be made to the same account used for purchasing the products.
Cancellation before shipment – Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from the time of invoice generation as the orders placed for the day are shipped out on the same day with a cut off time of 1600 hours. You can call our customer service number +91-7259111187 for cancellation. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to the customer within 48-72 hours after the cancellation request is made.
